I will contact buyers via email/Art Fire Message Center if I have not received payment or any form of contact within 24 hours. If, within 72 hours after purchase, there has been no communication or payment received, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted. Appropriate feedback will be left.
PLEASE talk to me if you like an item but cannot pay for it right away. I will reserve an item for you, or set up a payment plan! Please don’t purchase if you don’t intend on completing payment!
I accept payment with PayPal and credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.
At this time, I do not ship internationally unless the buyer contacts me first. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes. Due to potential legal repercussions, I declare the full item value on customs forms and will not misrepresent the contents of my parcels.
Made-to-order prints, prints that are embellished, and multiple block prints will mail out within 3-5 business days. Prints are created using oil-based ink, and as such will need several days to dry. Items that are ready to go to their new homes will be mailed out within 2 business days after payment has been received
PLEASE make sure your address is accurate and current! This is the address that your order will ship to.
Your item(s) will be mailed in a USPS Mail shipping box or envelope depending upon each order quantity and type. All items are packaged carefully to ensure the safest delivery possible to you, plus, why would I spend hours putting my energy into making your order only to throw it carelessly in a box? However, once a package is shipped, I can’t control how it is handled, so please know that I cannot be held responsible for any damage the mailing system may cause. In the event of non-delivery, label numbers, delivery confirmation information and customs details will be provided to help you find your package. Undelivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to call their local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about non-delivered packages.
If you would like to purchase insurance or tracking for your order, please email me with a request before purchase, so I can send you a quote with the final shipping fees.
**REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:**
At this time, returns cannot be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you require any additional information or photographs.
Refunds are not issued due to a postal error (delivery to wrong address by your postman) or late arrival as I am not in control of how quickly the mail carrier moves 🙂
If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, PLEASE contact me first before leaving feedback. I want all of my customers to be happy!
Due to the nature of custom orders- I can not do refunds under any circumstances. All custom orders require your approval before I list the item.
All items are made in a smoke-free environment. I do have two cats, but I take great care to keep my work clean and fur-free. If you have allergies, however, I cannot guarantee that any given item will not be an irritant.
I retain copyright of all items, including the right to use images of sold originals in other artwork (copyright of originals does not transfer to the buyer upon sale).
**FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:**
Will you make a series/edition for me?
Yes. I will create editions series of prints or ATCs. Edition orders require a minimum purchase of 10 items. If you are interested please contact me for more details. NOTE: Editions take time to create and to dry, so please keep this in mind if you are in a time crunch.
Can I get a monotype made?
I LOVE creating custom monotypes for my customers! If you have an idea to change up an established print (be it ink color, paper color, embellishing with watercolor, collage, fabric, etc), send me a message or an email!
Can you reserve an item for me?
Yes, but only for a limited amount of time. If you need to set up a payment plan, please email me.
Do you trade?
I am sorry, but I can not do trades.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. if you would like Priority or Express mail shipping please contact me BEFORE placing your order so I can adjust the shipping charges for you. If you need your item created quickly and mailed out quickly, please contact me first, so we can negotiate a fee.
Will you mark my customs form as “Gift”?
I declare the full item value on customs forms and will not misrepresent the contents of my parcels. Your form will be marked as “other” with the actual value of your purchase on the form.
