I believe artistic expression shouldn't be confined by rigid ideas and practices. I actively look for mixed media techniques, products, art and artists who are an inspiration and I share my findings here. Never one to pick and choose, I have recently explored my family's history, trying to visually describe nostalgia and the change in gender roles, as my husband and I learn the nuances of marriage and settling into our first home, as well as begun visually representing my interest in serial killers, depression, peacocks, the sky and many other topics.
